Project 52 Week 4: Your Town | Northern Virginia Photographer

Week 4 of my ClickinMoms Project 52 was "Your Town." My husband and I are originally from Long Island, NY but settled in Leesburg, VA 5 years ago. Loudoun County is in the middle of Wine Country and I couldn't think of a better example to show you our town. Today we took a trip to Fabbioli Cellars so I could photograph it...oh, the things I do for you people.

Fashion Week with Spunky Real Deals: Dawn of Spring | Northern Virginia Photographer

Proud to be the official photographer for the Spunky Real Deals "fashion week" giveaways. Please note that I am not hosting or sponsoring this event - but if you love fashion and giveaways you definitely do not want to miss it!

This session was especially fun for me, because it was so out-of-the-box from what I normally do. I would normally never shoot in full sun, and if by chance had no choice, I would definitely seek out shade or go for a backlit image. But to highlight the eco-friendly threads, I decided to try embracing the sun.
