My very first project was from Debra over at The Saffron Girl. As she put it, "I'm one of those food blogs with unflattering photos ;)" So, husband and I decided to make the stuffed peppers and the chicken with turmeric/garlic/rosemary which we served with a harvest salad (mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, dried apricots and cranberries, walnuts, apple slices).
